WHAT WOULD A HEALTHY PERSON DO?

Q. What is w.w.h.p.d.?

A. The question to ask before you go on automatic pilot and do "it", that same old, same old thing, go on a binge, bender, have a one night stand, muck up, get stuck, set yourself up to fail…derail.

Q. What do you do if you if you’re in a ‘situation’ and you don’t have a flying clue what to do and there’s a possibility you’re about to make a mistake?

A. Ask, w.w.h.p.d. to break your patterns. It saves you face, gives you space and grace.

A.  A bad trip, mistake, knee jerk reaction, irrational behavior. You self-sabotage, fall off the wagon, back into self-destructive patterns.
Q.  What happens if you're in a dicey situation, don't ask w.w.h.p.d.?
A.  You slip!  Oops!  Splat!
